Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, major EU countries, the United Kingdom, Mexico, and Australia. If you’re located in Alaska, Hawaii, or a PO Box, additional charges may apply.

We are unable to ship to military addresses at this time. If a military address is provided at checkout, we will contact you for an alternative address. If additional shipping charges apply, we will invoice you for the difference before proceeding.

  • Free shipping on orders over $70
  • For orders under $70, we charge a flat rate of $8.00 USD

  • CA, UK, AU, and selected EU countries
  • Free shipping on orders over $100
  • For orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of $13.00 USD

Order Processing & Delivery Times

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. During peak seasons such as holidays or major sales, processing may be delayed up to 3 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–10 business days
  • Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance or local postal delays.

    Portrait Creation Time

    Since our custom portraits are hand-drawn by real artists and made to order.

    If our artist team is available, the first draft will typically be ready within 72 hours. During busy times, this may take up to 5 business days.

    To speed up the artwork process, you can select the “Skip the Line” option on the product customization page. With this upgrade, your pet's photo will be placed at the front of the queue, and our artist team will complete the first draft within 24 hours after your order is processed.

    Please note: “Skip the Line” speeds up the artwork creation only and does not affect the shipping timeline. If you need faster delivery, please check if express shipping is available in your region at checkout.

    Shipping to Remote Areas

    Orders shipped to remote areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Boxes) may incur additional surcharges, which will be displayed at checkout.

    Track Your Order

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can track your package via the carrier’s website. For international shipments, the final delivery will be handled by your local postal service.

    Handling Delays and Special Circumstances

    During peak periods or in the case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs clearance, weather disruptions, or global restrictions), shipping may take longer than expected. Please allow up to 5 extra business days for potential delays.

    Lost or Damaged Items

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include a photo of the damage. If possible, make a note with the carrier upon delivery. We will help file any necessary claims and arrange reshipment where feasible.
