Explore our PetGee Custom Studio and choose your favorite item in our collection. From classic custom portraits to creative personalized products, we’ve got something for every pet lover.
Select your preferred options ( style, size, background color, etc.), upload a clear photo of your pet, and review all the option before complete your payment.
Once payment is completed, we will process your order within 24 hours. Our supports will contact you to confirm the details and pass them to our artist team.
They will begin working on your artwork, usually takes 3–5 days. During peak order periods, this may extend to 8 days.
If you choose 「Skip the Line」, your order will be prioritized, and you’ll receive the first draft within 24 hours.
We offer unlimited revisions until you’re fully satisfied with the design.
After you approve the design, we’ll schedule the production. Depending on the item you chose, production may take 1–3 days. Once it's ready, your order will be carefully packed and shipped out promptly.
All that’s left is to sit back, relax, and wait for a special surprise to arrive at your door.
